Alan Seidler learned how to make a career out of cooking at just 11 years old, when he would sell breakfast to his brothers before school. It wasn't long before he had earned a more formal paycheck as a fry cook at Long John Silver's. Today he is executive chef and manager at Corby Hall, as well as Chairman of the Board of the American Culinary Federation – South Bend Chefs and Cooks Association. He has served the Notre Dame community for 30 years.
