Brent Gregory, CEC

Executive Chef, Holy Cross College

Brent Gregory recently obtained his ACF CEC certification. When Brent  isn't in the kitchen, he's donating his time by way of his talent to the YWCA and to raise Down's Syndrome awareness, or demonstrating a dish for up-and-coming culinary students. Brent says he embraces and cherishes the relationships he's developed over the years. It's in this community — where all walks of life are represented — that Brent truly feels at home. Notre Dame is like "a slice of America," he says.
