Cassandra Eddy

Sous Chef, South Dining Hall

Cassandra first knew she wanted to be a chef when she was 12 years old and would pretend she had her own cooking show. Nowadays, when she's not whipping up her signature Chicken Tetrazzini at home, she's likely to be drawing inspiration from her fellow Notre Dame chefs or sharing her own brand of inspiration, describing the growth opportunities at the University as "exciting" and "endless."
