Senior Executive Chef, Campus Dining

Donald Miller learned his way around a kitchen as a dishwasher at a local family restaurant. Since then, he has worked his way to be the Senior Executive Chef of Campus Dining. The 30-year Notre Dame veteran has been honored by the American Culinary Federation for outstanding professionalism, and has served as a mentor for the culinary staff on campus.
