Sous Chef, Morris Inn

Chef Matthew Parker has been promoted three times in his culinary career and has taken part in the opening of four restaurants before he landed the opportunity to work at Morris Inn. Every day, Matthew and his team showcase quality meals made in a scratch kitchen, churning out 250,000 meals annually in the Morris Inn banquet facilities.
